Biography: Kulbhushan Joshi
Abstract
Kulbhushan Joshi (JJ) from New Zealand.\r\nNot only is he a third generation Kiwi but also JJ is the the founding President of the (NZCTWA) New Zealand Cosmetic Teeth Whitening Association Which works closely with The Chief Dental Officer at the NZ Ministry of Health, the NZDC, and recognised by the same as an Equivalent of the NZDA and the Likes. JJ was an intricate part along with the NZCTWA in the realisation of realistic regulations around cosmetic Teeth whitening practices in NZ in this 21st Century. In doing this, it has allowed non-dental teeth whitening practitioners become trained and registered to a level in which allows them to make professional safe decisions and practice the same also. Working close with dentists it also filtered out the non professionals from the industry whilst allowing higher limits for peroxide levels. \r\n
